Shiver me timbers! ES Elementary is celebrating INTERNATIONAL TALK LIKE A PIRATE DAY tomorrow! Students: Don your favorite pirate garb (no weapons, please) and join in on the fun! A treasure hunt and read-alouds are planned for the occasion.

Today, Mrs. Rankin's middle school classes dove into the Constitution and explored how the Iroquois Confederacy influenced the Founding Fathers. Students followed along with fill-in-the-blank notes during the slides and took quizzes after to check their understanding. Now, they’re working on creating Agamographs of the Constitution—combining art and history for a creative twist!

📜✨ Today, our school district is diving into the significance of Constitution Day! On September 17th, we commemorate the signing of the U.S. Constitution in 1787. Our students are exploring its history, understanding the foundational principles, and learning how this document shapes our democracy. Let’s celebrate this day of learning and reflection! #ConstitutionDay

Happy IT Professionals Day! 🎉 We appreciate our incredible IT team for all they do to keep us safely connected at school. Your hard work behind the scenes makes a huge difference every day! 💻🔧 #ITProfessionalsDay #TechHeroes

**Attention Parents:**
We are testing a new school safety and security app this week to ensure everything is running smoothly. If your student mentions hearing sound alerts from their teacher's device, please be aware that it is part of the practice.
In the event of an actual security issue, we will notify you through automated text messages and posts. Our priority is to keep the district safe at all times.
Thank you for your understanding and support!
