Our 1st graders had an amazing time at The Amazeum in Bentonville! 🎉 A day filled with fun, creativity, and discovery brought learning to life through hands-on activities. With 50,000 square feet of engaging exhibits and learning spaces, it was a perfect place to spark curiosity and exploration.
Thank you, ESSD, for continuing to support hands-on, educational field trips like this one! 🚀📚 #AmazeumAdventures

🏆♟️ Eureka Springs Chess Team Dominates Again! ♟️🏆
On the Oct 26th, our ES Chess team traveled to North Little Rock for another Grand Prix Tournament, and for the fourth tournament in a row, we clinched the highest team score! 🥇✨
🏅 Our top four scorers:
William tied for 2nd place with 4/5 points, just missing the podium due to computer tiebreaks.
Finn and Roman both scored 3.5/5.
Christian added 3/5 points to our tally.
We proudly stood above Bentonville and Conway High Schools, holding the top step of the podium once again! 💪
Next stop: Greenwood on Saturday the 23rd! Let's keep this winning streak going! 💥🚌💨
📸 Today, our EAST students from Eureka Springs Elementary and Middle Schools had an amazing experience at the University of Arkansas! They had the opportunity to learn from professional photographer Alex Kent (https://www.alexkentphoto.com/). 🌟
Students got hands-on practice with his workflow in Adobe Lightroom Classic, sorting and enhancing photos just like the pros do for publication.
A huge thank you to Alex Kent for sharing his expertise and inspiring our young photographers! 📷✨ #EurekaSpringsEAST #PhotographySkills #HandsOnLearning
🚗💥 8th grade students are diving into Newton's First Law of Motion with a hands-on lab called "Observing Inertia!"
In this experiment, students sent a toy car down an incline, crashing it into an embankment. They performed trials with a doll seatbelted in the car and without a seatbelt, measuring how far the doll flew from the car!
💡 A great way to see inertia in action and the importance of seatbelts! #PhysicsInAction #HandsOnLearning #ScienceLabFun
